Fee Assistance for Eligible Active Duty Military Families
ACCC has partnered with Child Care Aware in an effort to offer fee assistance for eligible active-duty military families. If you are an active-duty military family or your job relates to the military, you may qualify for the tuition assistance subsidy program. The tuition fee is established by the Board of Directors to cover the Center's operating expenses. It is subject to change, as conditions require.
Tuition fees are based on a Monday-Friday schedule.
The normal tuition fees are based on a set schedule of nine and a half (9.5) hours per day.
Written notice will be given to the parents of all the enrolled children at least 45 calendar days prior to any tuition fee change.
Ames Child Care Center also offers Tuition Assistance. If you wish to apply, please contact the Tuition Assistance Council.

**Our infant teachers at ACCC are trained and certified to handle both breastmilk and formula and feed the children; however, if you wish to come in and feed your child, please coordinate with your child’s teacher. Our bottle-fed families are encouraged to prepare any bottles their children need at home and bring them to ACCC in bottles each day, labeled with the child’s name. Due to each child’s individual preferences, ACCC requests that bottle-fed infants provide their own labeled bottles.
