The Center staff work super hard to guide, entertain and supervise our children the Staff Appreciation Committee was created to celebrate all the work they do.
Every year during the first week of May, ACCC celebrates Teacher Appreciation Week (TAW or SAW). Meeting for TAW happens only three times: 1x February, 1x March, and 1x April (all virtually). In December, we have a gift bags to celebrate and give thanks before Winter Break.
You can help by organizing and overseeing an activity during these staff appreciation events such as: setting up decorations, ordering catered lunches, creating gift bags, cleaning up after the event, and more!
Organization and planning of these events would help celebrate the teachers and staff’s hard work for the year. It’s also a great opportunity to create a sense of community with everyone at the ACCC while earning volunteer hours.
